Upon successfully passing the CISA, CISM or CGEIT exam, individuals have five years to apply for certification. If an application is not received within this five-year time frame, a retake of the exam will be required for certification. Reminder emails were sent in February to those candidates who passed the CISA or CISM exam in 2004 and have not yet applied for certification.

Please contact our CISA, CISM or CGEIT directors [1] if you need assistance with your certification application.
